i would 3bet this loose villain pre but flatting is ok too imo. on river i bet/fold if utg raises me but bet/call v the bb who seems to be a fish:)

1. bet 15$/fold
or
2. 7-8$ bet/call if the agro fish reraises and bet/fold if the reg makes the reraise.
