For a long time I have wondered why there aren't more real money mobile poker apps. I guess smart phones and pads are still much more widespread in the US, especially the Apple gadgets; Europe is much slower to pick up these trends and Asia might still not be a big enough market for the rooms to invest in mobile clients for them, but who knows. I bet as soon as a regulation takes place in the US these apps will be all over the place in an eyeblink.

well dunno, i guess it's also a matter of the app stores, afaik, Apple rejects many applications on a daily basis, often just because they think it's bad for their own business. not the case of poker sites probably but i think they had some ruling against real money games in general just like they did against porn.

I've just read that Starts has also launched their client, they also have it for the Android platforms. But the functionality of the latter one is limited imho, at least it has higher minimum requirements, while the iOS version is perfectly working on the iPhone as well as on the iPad, as I read. So it does seem that Apple is a decisive factor in launching a mobile client, which is not necessarily a very user-friendly attitude I think.

I got your point BBSven. Regulation is the key to freely adopt casino apps. Well, I know one, but it's not poker apps. It's betcoin.tm's slot reels. I know you guys are familiar with slot machines. This kind of microgaming is mobile friendly; available in iPhone, Android phones and tablets and other platforms. It’s HTML5 so no need for downloads and signups--digital address is what is required here.
