I would likely overbet (350-414) these river cause this board is extra dry....and he can make sick calls or another line is a small block bet to inducate a 3bet bluff its around 90...

He's range is something like that: 66-TT, J9s, JT+, 35s, A4s. So we beat 95% of his range. Imho we should decide if he's more likely to have Jx, or 77-99, A4s. If he's got a decent top pair, I would bet ~215$, if 3rd pair, than ~165$
