villain plays 38/8 and very passive at all. how do you gain the max value on the river?

Bet 3$ because villain was passive. I think he never bluff on the river.

Bet $4.7, since villain may have a Q on this board.

Bigger river bet +1 (at least 4$)

I love the flop+turn betsize! I would bet 4-5$ OTR, just because we can't represent a lot of hands, and our range is super polarized, AQ, AA, QQ, TT, 22...and maybe the bottom of our vbetting range is KJ. Villain is a fish, so he won't go over the same thought process, but he will say to himself: "wtf? This aggromonkey just bet-bet-bet every time, Rly? Every time u've got it? RE-AL-LY? No way!!! I'll call u with Ax/KT/JT" Maybe he'll push with a Q, so I would go for big. I think he'll call 3$ and 5$ with the same range.
