He's range is mostly mid PPs (77-JJ, maybe QQ), AQ, maybe AK, AJ. With a bet OTF, bet OTT u could make him fold mid PPs, AK, AJ, so he'll look u up with maximum AQ, and cr with QQ.
I'm not fan of the call on the flop and neither of the push on the river, he may herocall u with 99-JJ, 'cos of the flop FD, I don't think that he could fold an AQ.
You're just not representing anything. With monsters u would Cbet, or CR most likely (it's a quite safe flop, only a possible FD, but u wannna build a pot with QQ+, AQ). Your line: 4bet-flop c/c-turn c-river shove is just weird. He might call u just out of simple curiosity

The real problem is that you actually repreresent an AK/JJ type of hand. He might have just led you into bluffing into a set.
