i folded pre q9o. maybe call if suited. he seems to be solid and doesnt steals too much(that case maybe u should raise pre and take the initiative).and i would raise turn. obviously u cant fold this never ever bvb, u have a strong made hand and if river completes any draw, maybe he will outdraw you, or if wont, more likely he wont pay you out if he has any valuehand.
