How do YOU all channel your tilt?
As for me, I play. I know many good poker players are huge fans of Starcraft and stuff like that but I'm personally more into RPGs and FPSs, including MoH 2010, obv ;)
Cant wait for Crysis 2 though...

In my opinion full action shooters are the best for getting the unnecesary energies down.
Go for the Painkiller or The Punisher or the Max Payne series work the best. Nothing is more calming than shooting bad guys in the face with shotgun bullets. :p
Painkiller:

Max payne, and KoTor+1
Max was my first "fallen in love" game:) and I'm a huge fantasy/rpg junkie (and right now i h8 my laptop as hell...I wanna play dragon age:( :( )
Imho Baldur's gate, Icewind dale 2, and diablo 2 (it's hack'n'slash, but whatev), KoToR 1-2 are awesome rpgs.
I also like FPSs (medal of honor, call of duty)
Imho games are not only good for tiltin', but it's cool to relax sometimes, and just chillout with some awesome videogame:)

I agree, killing people in video games is a great way to free your energies without killing people in real life :)
My personal favorite has always been the GTA series, the newer, the better :D

Occasionally, but in a dense smoky city it's no healthier than sitting in your room imho. Still I go running every once in a while but not very often :( But I agree its great stress relief

Now come on BB. Running is healthy even if you run in the smog. Yeah you won't be breathing any fresh air but thats not the point. The point is that you will gain physical resistance and you will burn calories with running. And pretty much thats why we do it.

Aye, healthy it is for sure, but for the muscles and not the lungs, which I believe is equally important :)
Besides, personally I'd prefer riding the bike so that I can get away from downtown asap and have a nice time sporting on fresh air. But that's just me and I do actually run occasionally in the city, it's just I avoid the area if possible :)

Yeah yeah makes sense. Your plan is probably the best thing to do. Ride a bike -> Have fun while riding -> Get outa town for some fresh air -> do some stuff there maybe even with friends and stuff -> have another fun home and everyone is happy.
Pi :)
P.S. lol sry Tob1n.

Yay, agreed :)
Sorry bro, we did go a little OFF... so its time to get back ON :D
How about some good old Rome Total War? :D Its my all-time favourite from the series, I really hope it gets a remake like Medieval and Shogun did. I know its not exactly a quick tilt-channeling game but rather a big time challenge on its own, but if you're into strategy, you gotta love it :D

aww man this brings back great memories... havent played rome total war, but i LOVED caesar 3. not against tilt, but it was very addictive...now that i think about it, it might as well work as tilt-control...

Hellyeah, age of empires FTW, loved them! countless of hours of collecting materials, building armies, slaughtering villagers to have room for bigger armies, sustaining heavy losses and repeating :D
Also, Heroes of Might & Magic, especially the IIIrd part was another long-time fav :)

Have you guys tried Portal 2 yet? Its a brand new game with the followup story from Portal. Its very cool and the main thing in it is that while its a first person (portal) shooter its still fully based on logic. So while ure escaping from the coolers and badbeats you still grow as a person in some way.
Check the trailer out:

I highly recommend playing the Portal 1 first.
