Thats a tough one and definitaly one of the worst flops for aces...
I think flop bet sizing is ok I would have done the same. Turn play is questionable, but I think I would check here against 3 villains OOP. The problem is that if you raise here you will be commited to the pot (pot size is almost $25 here). Tough one, will be curious what answers you will get to this one...

Check/fold imo. Three callers on this flop is just simply too much for me. Someone might be sandbagging. :)

bet/fold is just burning money, and about half the deck is bad for us (even an ace) so check/call won't take you elsewhere too

Well that`s an ugly flop for AA.Usually it`s hard to fold Aces but on this kind of board with 3 callers it`s not hard at all :P
