I would do stuff pretty much differently.

Would fold preflop because UTG should have quite a tight range.
I think raising flop is cool too because you want to charge those clovers and you flopped pretty strong.
As played on turn I would bet since I dont think he ever checks an ace there and the board is too drawy to just let him get a free card.
On river I would let it go. I don't think he bets with a weak flush ( he would check/call with that) or with no flush at all out of position so theres no merit in raising or calling.

I think fold river.
Turn bet 1$, because the A is a good bluffcard.
