I like the pre 5bet shove more, cause he's going to cbet every A or K high flops where you have to fold, even he has JJ or TT.

5bet shove. I don't like 4bet call 100bb deep...

shove > fold > call IMHO. I don't like the call, your hand is too vulnerable compared to the huge value in it.

Since there was a cold 4 bet,even though it`s pretty small I don`t think that calling in this situation is good here :P so yeah shove or fold
