i cant give him any worse hand he would do this with except draws but i doubt he played it potting 2 times. if u call turn, pot will be 19 on river and u will have 21. if he shoves there u will get 1:2 odds to call; too good to fold. so not easy but fold turn imo

You are plaing against a fish here, and fishy players usually dont play bet pot with monsters...I think I would call this and call his raise on the river as well.

Dunno if u need to raise to protect your hand, maybe shove ott. Against a huge fish I won't fold (he's donking otf 25%!). If he's fold vs raise donkbet is tiny (0-20%) i would raise otf
