I don't like this article. I don't see how stocks, and stock market is relevant to poker playin'. However I would glad to read some news about the changes that affect the players from the 2 sites.
Btw it's an awesome merge! Party-bwin willbe the biggest fishpound if they gonna merge the player pool. I just hope they'll use the PP software, or a new-better1

Well most of the big companies - including poker rooms - have a part of their business sold out to people as shares. Basically thats why they need to suspend this vienna stock exchange for 3 days, because the big guys at bwin and party don't want any of the current shares to change ownership during the fusion. At least thats what I understood from that.
