Well if you have a bad beat series for ex and you do your best but you are losing no matter what you do and no matter how much you play in a row;I think the best thing you can do is to relax.Do something that makes you to forget about your bad beats:watch a comedy,go take a shower,play something on you pc...and just think about the fact that everybody has bad beats and bad days and they are still profitable poker players.

I read boook, I do some sport....

I have some senteces and prayer and theese help me. :)

all physical activities are good to handle bad beats. but not easy to begin them...

Quit and go back at it when you feel back to normal. Worst thing to do is turn bad luck into bad play

agree to the guys above, for me physical activities are the best. when i'm on tilt i just quit and go jogging, lets the steam out. very hard to stand up from a losing fight against an asshole tho...
