b/f 12-14$ I think. In this situation his 3bet/call range could be JJ+, AKs, AKo. Against this range you have 70%. If BTN is a lag we can add AQs maybe and TT.

sorry, to be honest it was quite a silly advice. if we bet here we willbe totally committed. so maybe c/f or b/c is the right move here.
