Preflop calling is questionable, as you raised from UTG, but the fact is, that his 3bet% is pretty high (would be better if we could see why and from what positions he is reraising often), so lets say that your call was ok.

Flop/Turn/River play is ok I guess. River bet could be a big higher...

Thank You guys. Yeah, I think his 3bet was high especially on BTN.
As for the river bet, Castor said lower, RX450h said higher, maybe it was fine. :)

I think fold preflop. 190 hands are not a big sample and we have to play oop.
