Yeah its pretty much bad. Maybe calling the 3bet preflop isn't so terrible, but if you do so you have to be inclined to get it in if you get a flop like that. Thats like a golden flop for an AQ there. And passivity Isn't the way to go imo.

I think pre 3bet.
after pre call I would fold against 3bet.

I like your PF call for the bet! (but not for the sqz)
I think at NL5 you rarelly see light squezzes. So it means: AA, KK, AK, QQ maybe. Just fold for the squezze, and find a better situation.
