I would bet around 6 on the turn. As played on the river I would rather make a smallish blocker bet. like 5-6? He will call that with worse and will shove over with a T I guess.

I agree on this. Your turn bet was too small. If he is drawing your giving him good odds to call on a draw. Bet big punish him for drawing

I would bet on the river like 11-12$ there is a busted flush draw and he can easily call with a Q.
I don`t think he has a strong hand because if he would have a set or two pair type of hand then he
would raise because of the fd so we can easily bet for value
