without any 3bet history i just folded it preflop(oop, 4% 3bet). as you played fold on the flop cause it will be very expensive to you to find out the value of ur hand as playing out of position. ie. u call, plans for the turn? u check and he shoots 2nd barrel and u r in trouble again.

Yes, pre fold, but he 3bet 4-5 times during 10minutes....

4bet/call > fold > call

I don`t like your line so far but if you are in this kind of situation at least a call here.If you call preflop and you flop an overpair you can`t fold to a bet.
