A bit of scary turn, but I think it is a bet/call 27-28$.

He has not only flush and we can improve too.

I agree, bet/call. I like an even bigger bet on the flop.

checking is horrible, you can`t fold this so bet and if he raises you have 1 option left...:P

I think if we bet here, and get reraised, we are against a flush almost surely. Villain can't have that many value hands to call with either, so we'll fold most of the range which we are ahead of. Giving a free card is annoying, but what are the chances that he has something that's behind, and will improve with that free card? Some pp with hearts maybe, but we shouldnt be concerned about the 15% chance those cards have against us. Its not a KQJ 8 board after all, no str8 draw or 2pair to call us here.
Another advantage of checking is the slowplaying tendencies of bad players. If he has a flush, he'll check some of the time, and will bet some retarded amount a lot of time. Seeing the river for 10 bucks and stacking him with a full after the river is pretty common in this spot.
If he doesn't have a flush, we have no more than 2 streets of value. So checking here, and betting on the river, might give us some calls from hands that would normally fold on the turn.
