Villain plays 53/18 through 130 hands. What is the correct line in your opinion? If I did not raise him on the Turn should I c/r the river too? Or my bet is good?

I think, You have to raise this turn, because many cards would call you: Ax, Qx.
Just forget this tricky C/R line. Everybody do Cbet, and 2nd barrel so you have to do this with your monsters too.
If I would slow play, I bet 1/2 pot instead of it.

Bet-bet-bet.
He is a fish, so he will call a lot of hands.
