Hi!

My name is AAtillAAp, also known as Tesla79.

I'm an NL10 regular, I have been playing at this limit for 3 years. :-( Actually, I'm proud of my results, I made over 8bb/100 last year.
I have been playing offline :) poker for 20 years, as a hobby, of course.

I hope, I will reach NL50 this year, so i will post hand histories almost :-) every day.

See you later, Tesla79

Hi!

Congrats for ur bb/100 but can u tell me please why u didn't climb upper, if u are a big winner like this?
U have to withdraw a lot, or afraid of bigger stakes, or just really hard BRM?

GL, for the limits!

Thx:-)
First of all, I'm pretty much a cg newbie...I played like ~40K hands altogether. So I'm a little bit fishy, with big leaks (which I intend to fill in). So that's why I'm a lil BRM nit:-) also faced a nice little downswing at the end of the last month:( but I don't want to whine here:D and that's the story of why I'm stucked at the bottom of the micros:)

Maybe this question is mine. :-)

So this is 8 bb, and not 8 PTBB. I prefer to use bb, because it's easier to calculate winnings in cash.

To be frank, I have to make a lot of withdraws. So I have an insane BRM, sometimes I play with 15 buyins.

So, I'll tell you more about this in my blog soon!

GL, have fun, best regards: Tesla

Tesla79 is in the house now

Hello Folks! :-)

You ask me frequently, why I didn't climb upper limits?
Now, I have to withdraw 200 play money (pm hereafter) every month, and I don't have enough BR to ensure this on NL20.

Actually, I have bigger profit/hour at NL20, so I must climb up soon.

So, I will make the following steps:
400 BR, 200 CO (march)
450 BR, 200 CO (april)
500 BR, 200 CO (may)
550 BR, 200 CO (june)

If I hit the required BR, I will shoot at NL20.

I think, this is an achievable plan. I made 125 pm total (bonus+race) rakeback in february, and I won about 120 pm (15000 hands, 8bb/100).

One more thing. I switched to 6 tables (from 4), so I can play 500 hands/hour. It was a very good move, because I still make 8bb/100.

Thanks for all your replies for my hand histories.

Good luck and best regards: Tesla79

Hello Guys!

At the first quarter of the year my aim was made a 200pm cash out every month. I did it entirily, moreover unfortunately I take out 750pm this year - followed my crazy BRM. What is important, I made 8 bb/100 on 6 tables, in the 3rd hardest network at that.

I got a great oportunity (won in raffle) to get a coaching by a professional. I have passed the first session. As a matter of fact I take hold of how he said things, not as what he said. I was surprised that he talked to me as an equal partner, I didn't feel any sign of god complex - although he's not a simple coach.
Actually, He reaffirmed my suspicions that I have to improve:
- increase preflop 3bet, especialy light 3bets (sc, Axs)
- appreciate suited cards, devaluate offsuit cards
- increase Cbet, also in 3way pots.

Approximately I have been playing the poker for 3 years, and I never felt so close to the edge. I think, there are very few oportunities in a human life like this, so we have to take them. We have to make our choice: sadly going to work on every single day, or living our dream.

My dream is dealing with music. Poker is a method to earn more money as at my present job. I also really enjoyed the last 3 years, and I still happily grind thousands of hands.

As Nanonoko said: believe in what you do, do it well, and do it hard.

As my BRM allows, I will play only NL20 at the weekends. I hope I don't have to cashout this month and Fortuna will help me.

Good luck guys!

THX dude! :)

Actually, 8bb+/100 on NL10 is my all the time best. Also I'm in a quiet good track at the NoiQ rakerace. (I have very-very good cash back percent)

Maybe I will make a side roll on Boss/Interpoker.

Hello Guys!

I had to move to Boss, because NoiQ race changed to pretty bad for me.

Well, I made about 8 BI minus in the first 1500 hands... I hope it's only a silly downswing.

I attach my stats on NoiQ. I'm very proud of it. ;)

See you guys!

I tried to do a lot of light 3bet with Axs and scs. Does it work on micro stakes?

I think absolutely yes, but depends on your villains... I think more 3bet for value and little 3bet for bluff.

im sure it does. pick up villains with wider pfr and 3bet them light when u have position.

Be a little more nitty, it's a small sample but ur EV adj$ was + when u played 20/15... imho something like 17/15 is pretty good for NL10. Son't open w/ wide range in EP/MP, AJ+, KQ, 88+ is ok, from CO u can loosen up (A9+, KJ+, 22+, T9s, 98s, JTs), ozb it rly depends on the blinds, if they're tight, u can open with 40-60% range, if they're LAG then ~30% is good. Dunno about your hud, but u need to put Fold vs 3bet to it definitely. If it's high imho u can 3bet w/ 22+, 78s, 89s, T9s, T8s, JTs, J9s, and for value QQ+, AK, if it's low, than AJ+, KQ, 88+, QJs, JTs. Restealing is not really +EV on NL10 imho (at least at stars, party) but 3bet the MP/CO laggy from the button/co is huge +EV. U need to search guys who limp-fold a lot, or limp-call a lot, but Fold vs Cbet is high (70%+). Isolate them, it's like printing money:)
Ihope I could help:)
