I think I'd have raised the flop to 7$-s and you comfortably can go allin on the turn. he can definately calls with his top pair top kicker, if he had AK or AJs for example and two pairs and maybe with QQ. But you should raise him at least the turn. finally, all of these mentioned hands can call you on the river, and only a tricky played KK and AsKs beats you.

Certainly raise on the turn if u call on the flop.You raise on the turn for protection and for value and also if the flush completes it could be an action killer card for him if he has like top pair or something so raising is the best move I think
