Imo it's std, w/o the bb's cold call dunno if it's a call/fold, maybe uve got the odds 4 mining, but I'm not sure...but with the CC u need to call, otf top+bottom is pretty strong, most if the times btn will have AAxx ur good against it, well the BB's range is interesting, don't think that it contains too many 22xx, 55xx, 88xx...maybe some wrap (467x, A34x, 346x, etc), he donk pot, so imho he's got something that he'll happy to get it in, and it can be a set, top-top, wrap, we've got blocker against top-top and sets, so I think he's got some wrap.
OOP if I checked I would c/c and shove every none 4/6/7 turn, IP imho u need to shove 'cos of the dead money, but most likely ul have ~40% equity against his range
