I`d bet big there like 6.25$ because there is a busted flush draw and if he has an A he probably won`t fold but if you have some kind of read about the guy and you know that he`s a calling station then I`d prefer an overbet.

I am not sure he has an Ace here, since he checked both on the flop and on the turn. I put him on a hand like KQ, KK, QJs maybe JJ, TT. Nonetheless I am a big fan of big value bets, I think a smaller bet is better here. Something like $4.5.
