5.50$ - 9 max - Calling 5BB allin with the worst possible hand headsup?

Hero (BB): t12050 40.17 BBs
BTN /SB 38/9/2.6 (Does this help at all?) : t1450 4.83 BBs

Pre Flop: (t450) Hero is BB with :3s: :2h:
BTN/SB raises to t1450 all in Hero ?

Crazy, but IMO this is a call.

Yeah its pretty close. I wonder what do other guys think about this? we get something like 2.5 to 1 odds to call if that helps.
