Obvious 4 bet call pre.If u don`t know what to do with Qs fold but don`t call 3 bets oop 4 bet/call or fold.OTR maybe a call but I don`t know what are u beating but there`s still a thing why u can call there:given the fact that he had position on you and you checked all the way down.
