I think I would probably fold this,but I would bet on the river about half of the pot;a blocker bet and if he raises I would fold...

C/f river.
There are no value in bet. (I think, he will not call us weaker hand.)
And he is very passive, so if he bet on the river, he almost never bluff.

easy fold imo, he isnt aggressive at all.

easy fold 4me, the board is paired and there's an overcard on it too. without history and with his low agression imho you cannot do aníthing else than fold it.
