You should have raised flop here, or even turn (although that's more risky, but I believe you're still ahead there) You should have included villains postflop stats though, if he's tight than this is a good line (with checkback OTR)

raise flop +1. i would go for thin value otr with a ~half psb.

you should bet a pretty small one i think which he can call with a king and you can comfortably fold if he goes allin, so i'd have made it about 1/3 pot.
