very loose opponent but u got raised being utg, fold seems best.

Against a top pair it`s almost a coinflip against a set you have almost 30% so going ai here is not a mistake u have equity and u are never drawing dead.It is true that u raised utg but I think that hes not good enough to know what position means.

He seems a passive player (but small sample), so I think fold is better, than push.
