The only problem here is the stack sizes because if u bet here about half of the pot u will be committed.He can call u with worse like 99,1010,JJ.Since it`s a 3 bet pot I don`t think he has a straight here only if he has 88 so I think u can bet here about half of the pot and hopefully he won`t raise u.

Cause he has a pot size stack, I bet pot OTR. He can call with 99-JJ, and he can fold lot of hands (we got the pot).
