I would fold, your kicker lost its value, and he might have called flop with JT/KT that sucked out

I wuld turn bet/fold. I think river fold, if he passive.

bet turn +1. his range is usually pair+gutshot here, so bet for value.

I like that check on the turn. But after the button checks behind, I think you should go for valuebet the river (bet/fold).
