uploaded jpg's resolution

I can see clearly my jpgs on my computer, and when I upload, it drop out some resolution and turn so noisy.
Do you have any idea to solve this problem?

maybe it is because of the different resolutions. (the resolution of the webpage you uploaded the pic to and the resolution of your display) noise can appear for example when the image has bigger size and the page cant display it correctly and smallers it. try to use similar resolutions and medium physical sizings.
