It's a very strange situation, because they are 2 micro regs.
Player 3 has 6.0 3bet, 72% cbet (360hands), that's why I cold called.
I felt strong OTF, but weak OTT. :)

Was it a bad line of me?

What about 4 betting preflop? Dont know the preflop stats of these players but I think a lot of worse cards would have called a 4 bet preflop (?)

Anyway I think your line was quite ok, you cant call this turn bet on NL10, most of the times you will be facing pair of kings or pocket aces.

If we make a cold 4bet and anybody shoves ---> He has AA or KK. (AK and QQ almost never)

I think the 3bet cold call is perfectly fine. This flop c/f.
