    PLO5 river c/c or shove?

Villain is a smaller fish, 26/3/0
    WTSD: 18
Vs missed Cbet bet IP on the flop: 50% (no data for turn/river)
    Aggr: 1,5
    Aggr river: 2

I was pretty sure my hand is good, but I tanked for a while, to choose check-call (and inducing a bluff w/ some kind of draw), or just shove and hope he's got a value hand that's worst than mine

I raised pre because the blinds, and the btn were fairly tight (15-30 vpip), and none of them made 3bets usually..but yeah, it's quite marginal to raise! Thx for the comment
