nl 50 - what would u do on flop

    Villain was a big whale.

    Grabbed by Holdem Manager
    NL Holdem $0.50(BB) Replayer
    SB ($54.95)
    BB ($68.25)
    UTG ($40.80)
    UTG+1 ($52.55)
    Hero ($95.60)
    BTN ($56.90)

    Dealt to Hero

UTG raises to $3, fold, Hero calls $3, BTN calls $3, fold, fold

    FLOP ($9.75)

    UTG bets $3, Hero ?

What do u guys do on flop? Call? Raise?

Well I would pretty much go for the call. Yeah the fishes bet is small but:

    1) We would give him a bluffing opportunity on the Turn too.
    2) We can keep the button in the hand too with the call.
and 3) Both of the players can get high cards on the turn which may improve their hand to a 2nd best one.

u are right that with calling we let him bluff the turn but the disadvantage of calling is if a scare card(A,K) comes on the turn.ie he has TT-QQ and he would stack off on the flop happily but wont do it after the turn. since he is a big fish i would raise.
